Saturday, September 7th hundereds of members from different stakes came to show support for the American Heart Association. In the sea of participants bright green shirts saying "Run and not be Weary, Walk and not Faint" could been seen mixed in with the thousands of others walking for the cause. For almost a century the American Heart Association have been advocates of proper cardiovascular care, helping to bring awareness of heart disease, and improving patient care. What a great opportunity for our members to show that we believe that our bodies are like temples and that as we take care of them we "shall run and not be weary, and shall walk and not faint."
